‘chillwave’ is a pretty straight forward term- who is it that decides genre labels? i want to be that person when i grow up. this song from the adult swim 8 singles in 8 weeks project was my favorite: dreamy, gloomy, beautiful, lonely. i just like my music to make me feel, that’s all. 

washed out is one of those started-in-my-bedroom-studio-music-makers that finally got a break. kudos, washed out. ya make good music i can dig.
