werewolf—cocorosie

gotta appreciate the poem before the song: in a dream I was a werewolf/my soul was filled with crystal light/lavender ribbons of rain sang/ridding my heart of mortal fight.

cocorosie are two sisters, american born but got their start in paris. werewolf is from their 2007 album the adventures af ghosthorse and stillborn. a number of the album’s songs begin with poems. i just think that is so beautiful. kudos, cocorosie. kudos.
